Reapply Admin Status

right i get what you mean cuz its annoying when someone wants to screw around and ruin the normal gameplay, or just afking
although we dont currently have a Jr. Admin or moderator like positions that can grant only certain permissions
i think we can with the different flags in the Source Engines admin stuff like -a through -z, although it would be a huge pain to do with Sourcebans running the admins for all servers, if we did the admins old school style by entering the users info into each of the servers admin files then we could, but it would mean we would have to keep updating all servers when anything changes
so really we like to try and find ppl that are willing to do all admin stuff so they can handle whatever happens in any games they own (or we usually try to make sure to get our admins games we have servers for), otherwise if we split it up too much things can get real messy real fast, where you have so many certain ppl for moderators in these servers, and so many in these, then the full admins that watch everything

although lately we are noticing not many players are willing to make a ban request post for ppl breaking rules, or even msg an admin to let them know (which im pretty much the only one around and online now a days, but it wasnt much better with more admins either)
so we are considering a possible moderator style system to set certain players up into, although if so we would want to see those players willing to make a ban request / report 1st before taking any permissions, otherwise if someone isnt willing to take a few screenshots and make a ban request they probably wont help the players much as a moderator
so if we can figure out a system to plan for ppl coming in and out of a moderator position, and give them certain permissions for it, we'll let everyone know and start picking some ppl for voting / applications or however we do it, so for now ill set the post to re-apply and we'll see what we can do future wise (thanks for the interest tho, we always appreciate some help)
