Hey just a heads up for everyone, i was thinking the other day why windows 10 doesnt have boot menu on start up with the F8 button like windows 7 and 8 do, especially when windows 10 is a reworking of windows 7 like windows 8 was.
So after a google search i found you can just re-enable the boot menu on windows 10, just run the Command Prompt as administator and enter the following line and you can open the boot menu at start up to get to safe mode etc.
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
