Came across the next important revolution in computing so i had to make a post for it lol, theres some pretty wild speculations on what it does or can do, but the value just in the way the new system can process information is still important

the current machine at the focus of the new idea is the D-Wave i guess its called, which is just the brand name givin by the company to this product so theres different versions of quantum computers, and in there people are freaking out about AI and computing reality and shiz which doesnt really matter to me either way so we will or we wont i guess and find out then, but the potential for the system is whats benefitial

so right now they have to be this huge device thats like a refrigerator and isnt very practical to apply currently cuz you have to put in an equation and get a response, but to me this is always the 1st step just like in the 70's where super computers we're just glorified calculators. So just like it took Microsoft 25 years to refine an operating system for a binary computer it will most likely take a long time for the new computational theory to be applied to an quantum operating system that can make use of the new system in the way we think regular computers have today

of course just like always we need to be careful what we build especially when utilizing this type of potential power, but in essense we could get pc's that work multiple times faster than the current TeraFlop performers, we'll end up with OmniFlops before we know it lol it will just take time for operating systems and software to come out and see how they perform.

I love the phenomenon of super position as it implies the oneness of things. It adds support to the idea that "All is one".

right the more i look into quantum physics the more it seems like its perfect for a virtual environment, so superposition in terms of our physical things is hard to nail down with the theory of relativity, but applied to virtual physics and it seems to make a perfect theory of computing information which translates to a processing unit being able to perform up to 16 operations compared to the single's our cpu's do with their transistors working off binary 0 or 1, also meaning the Qbits can potentially hold 16 times the info that our usual bits can which hold the 0 or 1 a cpu recognizes

but the most amazing thing i found was its now to the point where a quantum processor is literally manipulating the electrons through a type of microwave radiation, which makes problems since it has to have 0 interference from any outside cellphone, tv, or radio waves, let alone it has to be a few times colder than outer space for the atoms to be in quantum entanglement to be used how they need to be

so im interested to see how this goes cuz as is now our computers are hitting a max where they just cant introduce anymore transistors to a single cpu unit, so it kinda seems you can think of it like our cpu's and computers now are old classic analog cpu's and quantum's are the new digital cpu's, so it will take time to perfect the quantum operating systems for quantum cpu computers just like it took a solid 20 years to make some good binary operating systems for binary cpu computers
