Hi guys,
I facing a problem with my Surface Pro 7.
My Surface Book Pro 7 won't turn on. Windows logo flashes on screen for a couple of seconds, then screen goes black. Multiple methods have been attempted that is posted on the Microsoft Community forum about this known issue. Holding the power button for very long time worked once top get it to turn on, but "fix" lasted for only a couple of hours, then problem recurred, and no methods have worked since.

I don't have much experience with tablets, and I'm not familiar at all with the Surface Pro 7.

If you have a Reddit account, try posting your issue there. If your Surface Pro is under warranty, you might be able to return it, or call Microsoft for support.

aw bummer yeah hopefully its not too old so you can get it swapped with the warranty, even if you didnt expressly buy a warranty when purchasing it, you may still have one with the company that makes it, like a lot of Hard Drive manufacturers have a 2 or 3 year warranty on their products period

with a quick search all i found kind of out of the ordinary was this, so you can give it a try unless its already what your doing :

" Press and hold Volume Up (on the left side) and the Power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds. [You may see the screen flash the Surface logo but continue to hold for 15 seconds.] Release both buttons and wait 15 more seconds. Turn on the Surface as usual. "
